Join us for the final round of Cedille’s second Emerging Artist recording competition on Sunday, May 18.
Seven semifinalists will perform live for a panel of judges on May 17, 2025. Up to four finalists will compete in the finals on May 18. The winner will make their debut recording on Cedille Records — a prize valued at $70,000 — and be featured in a live broadcast performance on Live from WFMT.
The final round is free and open to the public. RSVP is requested to guarantee your place. Email Philip Courington (philip@cedillerecords.org) to reserve your space or for more information.
Guests are welcome to come and go as they please. Registered attendees are invited to a reception to toast the winning performer following the conclusion of the competition.
For those not attending in person, the finals will be livestreamed on the Cedille website.
