Barbara Haffner
CelloBarbara Haffner performed with the Lyric Opera Orchestra for 31 years, most of those as Assistant Principal Cello.
Barbara Haffner is Associate Principal Cellist of the Lyric Opera of Chicago Orchestra. She has appeared with the Elmhurst Symphony, Highland Park Strings, Music of the Baroque and as guest artist with the Vermeer Quartet. Ms. Haffner was principal cellist of Music of the Baroque, Symphony II, and the American Ballet Theatre, and is a founding member of the Rembrandt Chamber Players.
